Cody's Collection Shipping Policy Terms & Conditions:


When you purchase directly from us, your entire order will always be FREE of Shipping Charges if you are within the Continental U.S. You will no longer have to worry about overpriced, tacked on additional shipping fees. The price you see on the item is the FINAL price you pay, excluding applicable taxes within CA.


International Shipping is NOW AVAILABLE (on select items) at additional Shipping and Handling costs if paid via Confirmed PAYPAL Account(s). If after paying for item and additional Shipping / Handling costs need to be added in order to ship to your country, we will email you for the additional costs. 


International Shipping arrival times may vary depending on size of product and your location. We will send you tracking info if available so you know exactly where your product is.


We process orders during our business hours Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed between 1 to 3 business days after order is placed and shipped the next day after the processing day. Processing timeframe for Personalized items take between 5-7 business days.

(2) International Shipping NOW AVAILABLE (on select items) for additional Shipping and Handling costs and ONLY if paid via Confirmed PAYPAL Account(s). Customer is liable for all or any applicable International CUSTOM FEES.

(3) Some items ship faster than others. Each item will have an indicated shipping timeframe. Please read each item description carefully for shipping times before purchasing.

(4) Typical shipping arrival time to a residence within the U.S. may range between 3-10 Business Days depending on the type of item purchased and your location. Most items arrive during the earlier given timeframe, but due to high demand and your location, some items may arrive later.

(5) Some items such as, but not limited to, personalized products take between 7-14 Business Days arrival time due to the meticulous detail it takes in personalizing your product(s). Most items usually ship by earlier timeframe, but depending on your location, items may arrive later.

(6) You will be informed immediately via text (if phone number is provided) or via email if your item is delayed or on backorder. If your item is on an extensive delay due to backorders, you may have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund or store credit. 

(7) Tracking information is usually provided to you. However, some items may or may not have tracking info depending on the item you purchased.

(8) Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
